Shengshi Biology's manufacturing facilities Shengshi has introduced and assembled the advanced beverage manufacturing facilities, powder production lines and automatic packing lines. Our production process complies with the requirement of China Health Care Food GMP, and we are among the first batches of companies to obtain GMP Certification in Zhejiang Province. Shengshi Biology quality control 1. Product quality control and raw material sources A series of strict examining and testing procedures will be followed before all raw materials are applied in the production. These procedures include warehouse confirmation, sampling and examining on appearance, micro-biological examination and testing according to national standards. Thereby, the quality of raw materials we use is strictly controlled. Shengshi products are finely manufactured based on the formulas and such strict manufacturing techniques as accurate weighing, mixing, extracting, condensing, sterilizing, spraying, refining, separating and packing. Online inspectors from the quality department of our company will carry out powder product sampling and AQL sampling. Then, our lab will have the chemical and micro-biological inspections before the packing and stock. The AQL sampling done by the quality department and the re-conduct of chemical and micro-biological examinations done by our lab are to ensure that every product our consumers purchase is of superior quality. 2. Chemical and microbiological test of products The raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products must undergo strict chemical and micro-biological inspections. Our company has the world-class chemical and biological inspection and test equipment, including highly-efficient liquid chromatographs, gas and liquid chromatographs and UV colorimeter instruments. These facilities are installed to ensure the imported and exported raw materials and finished products are in conformity with national standards. We have passed ISO22000 Food Safety Certification, HACCP Food Security Management System Certification, Beverage QS Certification and Health Care Food GMP Certification.
